President
Turner has 17 years of corporate management experience and has served as President of Tizbi, Inc. established in 1998. Prior to starting Tizbi, Turner earned experience in large corporations, including: Rexham, Soft Play and Nomaco, where he managed large IT infrastructures, ERP deployments and software development projects.
Alexander Birger
Vice President of Development
Birger has managed software development projects for many corporate companies, including: TrialCard, Blue Rhino and 3TEX. He has also developed internal products that have served multiple public school systems, which include Wake County and Charlotte-Mecklenburg County. Birger earned a master’s degree in Physics and Applied Mechanics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology and was awarded a research fellowship at North Carolina State University.

Ivanov specializes in mobile device application development. His ability to master low level coding projects in multiple devices has allowed Tizbi products to excel past their competitors.
